The categories mainly differ in the price levels of equipment offered, in order to meet all expectations. For snowboards and for children, we offer a single category.

Yes. The rental period can be extended (the price difference will then be charged) or shortened (the difference will be refunded). In the case of an extension, please inform us in advance by phone.

Of course. If the equipment does not suit you, we will replace it so that you can ski in the best possible conditions. If boots are changed, the skis must also be returned so that we can adjust the bindings.

On average, and depending on how busy it is, allow 15 to 20 minutes per person for choosing boots, skis and poles or a snowboard, a helmet, as well as for adjusting the equipment.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and TWINT. For online reservations, payment is made in-store. Payments in euros are not accepted.

Yes. All our equipment is checked, cleaned and serviced after each return to ensure safety and performance.

 Yes.The equipment is insured against breakage, but not against theft.

 No. In the event of non-use, the equipment must still be returned to the shop.

Depending on the team members present, we can welcome you in French, English, German and Polish.

We work with the ski brands Atomic, Dynastar, Elan, Head, Fischer, Movement, Nordica, Salomon, Rossignol and Völkl.

For snowboards, we mainly work with the brand Head.

Yes, you may leave your everyday shoes in the shop while you enjoy your day on the slopes.

We offer a wide range of sizes for children and adults, with boots from size 23 to 48 and helmets from XXS to XL.

This information is essential to correctly adjust ski bindings and ensure proper release in the event of a fall—neither too early (unintended release) nor too late (risk of injury). We have a scale in the shop if needed.

We specialize in rentals, but we offer for sale a selection of new ski boots, snowshoes, and poles in stock.

On request, we can also order specific ski or snowboard models from various brands and in different sizes.

We also sell ex-rental skis at attractive prices.

We rent ski suits and gloves via our partner Cirkel Supply (see below). An advance online reservation is required. Please feel free to ask us for the discount code. We also sell goggles, sunglasses, technical underwear, ski suits, etc. in our shop.
